Provide local or cloud deployment options (requires a public IP address). The platform can be accessed via LAN, WAN, and the Internet. End devices, host software, apps, and third-party applications can be used across LAN, WAN, and the Internet.
The platform adopts a B/S architecture, leveraging IoT features combined with intelligent terminals and software services to enable networked, intelligent, and electronic management of meetings. It offers full lifecycle management for pre-meeting, during-meeting, and post-meeting processes. Custom development is supported (some customizations may incur additional charges).
— The platform homepage can display data including but not limited to: meeting room usage data, device status data, platform messages, and to-do work data. The interface supports personalized customization (some customizations may incur additional charges).
— Support management of building and room resources. Set room information including but not limited to: name, status, location, type, capacity, seating, photos, open time slots, open settings, approval settings, functional tags, and remarks.
— Support approval settings. Rooms not requiring reservation approval or users with exemption rights can bypass the approval process for quick reservation; otherwise, approval requests must be submitted. Support single-person or multiple-person approval. Multiple-person approval supports sequential approval, joint approval (requires agreement from all approvers), or any-approver approval (requires agreement from any one approver).
— Support personnel organization management. Categorize personnel and set different functional tags and permissions. Manage personnel information including but not limited to: name, phone, email, photo, card number, fingerprint, etc. Support quick generation and import/export operations.
— Support account management. Provide account password settings, role settings, permission group settings, personnel binding, deletion, and freezing operations. Support quick import of third-party platform accounts and batch import of external account files. Support automatic account creation and account permission settings.
— Support device management. Provide unified management of end devices, servers, gateways, and peripherals. Set device type/name/IP/ID/remarks and associate with meeting rooms/seats.
Provide meeting reservation services. Real-time viewing of meeting room availability for today, 7 days, and 30 days. Support quick room filtering and details viewing. Support periodic reservations. Support booking across multiple time slots and meeting rooms. Support reservations for virtual meetings, video conferences, off-site meetings, and other special meetings.
— Fill in meeting information including but not limited to: meeting name, time, content, agenda, documents, and participants. Support agenda settings including but not limited to: agenda name, duration, speaker, participants, and agenda documents. Support cloning of historical meeting information.
— Support agenda and meeting document management. Support file and folder uploads. Support common file formats and format customization. No limits on file size or quantity (based on server capacity). Support file encryption and permission settings. Support file list sorting.
— Add participants when creating a meeting, with support for cloning historical meetings for participant addition.
— Provide meeting notification services.
— Support check-in settings including check-in methods, display modes, and statistics methods. Support various check-in methods including but not limited to: card swipe, facial recognition, QR codes, long-range channel, app, mini-program, fingerprint, etc. (additional device support required). When multiple check-in system devices are used, support data aggregation statistics or designate a specific system for primary data statistics.
— Support meeting management. View, edit, cancel, start, control, end, and archive meetings. View data including meetings, personnel, agendas, check-ins, votes, documents, etc. Support data export, archiving, and deletion.
— Provide multimedia information publishing services for setting publish content on platform devices.
— Offer various system settings including menu settings, permission settings, language settings, personalization settings, account management, and system parameter settings.
— Provide app services. Access the conference app via mobile phones and tablets. Implement meeting organization, viewing, and management functions.
